The better Energy Blast

In this tutorial, I will teach you how to make a very nice energy blast that is very nice. Your ending result should look something like this: http://www.must-have-software.net/Pics/energyblast.jpg

1.) Create a new image of the size you like, you will get the same results from any size.

2.) Press D to reset the colors to the default colors, black and white.

3.) Go to Filter -> Render -> Clouds
      Your image should look like this:


4.) Then go to Filter -> Pixelate -> Mezzotint

5.) Make sure "Fine Dots" is selected in the drop down menu. Then press OK.
      Your image should look like this:

6.) Then go to Filter -> Blur -> Radial Blur. Have these settings:

      Amount: 100
      Blur Method: Zoom
      Quality: Best

      Press OK. (This may take a while so please be patient)

7.) Press CTRL + U to change the color. Make sure to check "colorize"
     Your image should look like this:
