Comment: this product was the first and the only antivirus software i use! i started using this in 2003 or something and works great and has improved tremendously throughout the years.
I've even sold this software on amazon in the new condition a couple of times and is sold within 2days!! sorry, but i can't tell you how i acquired this product to sell on amazon for such a low price unopened. seller secret!

Summary: Terrible! Waste of Money but worse, TIME.
Comment: Everything appeared to be right but it let a virus on my computer. This virus was reaching out to web pages and seemed to attack NAV itself and it became non-functional. I tried to reinstall but only got file errors. Finally after much trial and error I connected with remote "tech support". After they fiddled with it for a few hours nothing. Remote tech support closed my programs, closed my case and went away without solving the problem. No goodbye, sorry nothing. Now my case number shows invalid.
Luckily I found a NAV removal tool used it and I am rid of this nightmare of a product.

Comment: The product slows down your computer quiet a bit. I talked to norton they told me to make certain changes, but it did not improved performance much. Thinking of uninstallin and using a different softwear. IT'S THAT BAD!!!!

Comment: It's basically the same as last years, only a new skin, but it doese seem to go slower than before. Its ok, not amazing, but good enough.
