Plastic Splatter

In this tutorial, I will teach you
how to make a cool looking splatter effect that looks like melted plastic.
1.) Create a new image of the size you like, you will get
the same results from any size.
2.) Press D to reset the colors to the default colors,
black and white.
3.) Go to Filter -> Render -> Clouds
Your image should look like this:

4.) Go to Filter -> Sketch -> Chrome
Your image should look like this:

5.) Go to Filter -> Blur -> Radial Blur and apply these settings:
Amount: 100
Blur Method: Zoom
Quality: Best
Your image should look like this:

6.) Go to Filter -> Artistic -> Plastic Wrap
Apply there settings:
Highlight Strength: 15
Detail: 9
Smoothness: 7
Your image should look like this:
7.) Go to Hue/Saturation, or press ctrl+u, and check colorize. Move Hue and Saturation around to get different colors on your images.
